How quickly do you respond?
We aim to respond to all emails within one business day. Data issue reports are prioritised and typically acknowledged within a few hours during Lagos business hours (WAT).
Can I request data for an exchange not currently covered?
Yes. We are actively expanding coverage. If you need data for a specific African exchange, email us with your use case and we will prioritise accordingly.
Do you offer a custom data feed or enterprise plan?
Yes. For institutional clients requiring custom data feeds, higher API limits, SLA guarantees, or white-label arrangements, email us directly to discuss.
I found a bug on the site. How do I report it?
