Policy.

We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund on all paid subscriptions purchased through Mansa Markets. This Refund Policy is part of, and should be read alongside, our Terms of Service.

◆ Section 1

14-Day Refund Window

If you are not satisfied with a paid Mansa Markets subscription for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date or the most recent renewal date.

Refunds are unconditional. We do not require you to provide a reason, prove a fault, or demonstrate non-use. The 14-day window applies equally to first-time purchases, renewals, and plan upgrades.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@mansamarkets.com from the email address associated with your Mansa Markets account, with the subject line "Refund Request".

Please include your order or transaction reference if you have it (you will find it in your purchase confirmation email from Paddle). If you do not have it, we will look up your account using your email address.

We aim to acknowledge refund requests within one (1) business day and to process eligible refunds within three (3) business days of receiving your request.

How Refunds Are Issued

Refunds are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record for online subscriptions. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Once processed, the funds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Mansa Markets and Paddle cannot accelerate the bank-side settlement window.

Mobile App Subscriptions

Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play (including Mansa and Mansafolio Pro in-app subscriptions) are governed by Apple's and Google's respective refund policies. Refund requests for those purchases must be made directly to Apple or Google. This 14-day Mansa Markets Refund Policy applies to web subscriptions only.

Cancelling Future Renewals

A refund covers the most recent charge only. To prevent your subscription from auto-renewing in future, cancel it from your account settings or contact support@mansamarkets.com. Cancellation alone does not trigger a refund — you must request one explicitly within the 14-day window.

Statutory Rights

This Refund Policy is offered in addition to any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law in your country of residence. Nothing in this policy limits, excludes, or modifies any consumer right that cannot lawfully be limited.
